Our Process

We believe in complete transparency & collaboration from concept to delivery. Here's how we turn your vision into reality:

1. Vision & Concept Phase
We begin by building a shared Inspirational Vision Board with you. This ensures we are completely aligned on tone, color, texture, and concept before any physical or digital artwork begins.

2. Contract & Initial Deposit
Once the vision board and project scope are fully approved, we will draw up a clear agreement. Your 33.3% upfront deposit secures your spot on our studio schedule, and work officially begins!

3. Phased Payment Milestones
To keep you connected to the creative journey, payments are broken down across key progress checkpoints: Deposit 1 (33.3%): Due upon contract signing to begin work. Milestone 2 (33.3% of total): Due upon review and feedback on the First Draft. Final Payment (Remaining 33.3%): Due upon completion prior to delivery.
